How do I embed the widget on my website?
Go to your dashboard, navigate to the 'Embed' section, and copy the provided script tag. Paste it into the HTML of any page on your website where you want the visualiser to appear. The widget is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
What image formats and sizes are supported?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB in size. For best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 1920×1080 pixels) taken in daylight with the full driveway visible. Avoid heavy shadows, glare, and obstructions.
How long does it take to generate a visualisation?
Most visualisations are ready within 30–60 seconds. Complex images or high demand may occasionally extend this to 2–3 minutes. You will receive an email notification when your render is complete.
Can I use the generated images in my marketing?
Yes. All AI-generated visualisations created through your account are licensed for your commercial use in connection with your driveway business. This includes use on your website, social media, printed brochures, and client proposals.
What happens to my images after I upload them?
Uploaded images and generated visualisations are stored securely for 90 days after creation (or while your subscription is active). You can download or delete them at any time from your dashboard. We do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from the 'Billing' section of your dashboard. Click 'Change Plan' to upgrade or downgrade, or 'Cancel Subscription' to end your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for multiple branches or franchises?
Yes. We offer tailored pricing for multi-location businesses, franchises, and supplier networks. Contact our sales team at sales@convertdriveways.co.uk to discuss a package that fits your organisation.
The AI didn't render my driveway accurately. What should I do?
Try uploading a clearer image with the full driveway in frame and minimal obstructions. Ensure good daylight and avoid heavy shadows. If the issue persists, contact our support team with the image and we'll investigate — we may be able to re-render it for you.
